Upon Further Review...
... the team that wanted it more won. The 5 - 0 Vikings suffered a stunning 8 - 0 defeat to St. Mary's of the Assumption Sunday (pictures available online).
Although the Vikings wanted to avenge their elimination from the playoffs last year at the hands of St. Mary's, that'll have to wait. Until then, it's time to take stock and prepare for Sunday's regular season closer vs. IHM at 1:45 at Canby. The Vikings control their own destiny. If they win, they earn first place in the regular season, top seed in the playoffs, and a good start into the post-season chase for the championship. As Coach George said, learn from your mistakes and remember what happens when you don't prepare at 100%. Learn from it, remember it, and work hard as you prepare for IHM!!!
